room, office. Master bedroom with en-suite, family bathroom and garage.Well
before construction begun discussions were held with the client and the
archutical department to determine the design of the property so that the
clients requirements could be fully incorporated in to the final plan and
design. During construction particular attention was paid to the quality
of materials used and the high specifications as laid down by the client.
Some of the main features of the house are the granite worktops in the
kitchen, a magnificent stone fireplace in the lounge, the ground floor
is polished wooden blocks and the whole property had cavity wall insulation. |
