Company History 

Established in 1927 by Reginald Hester who started as a one-man business, after servicing an apprenticeship for bricklaying. He soon established himself as a skilled tradesman producing first class work and a quality professional service for all Building Requirements. 

By the time his son Patrick Hester joined the business in 1950 it was rapidly establishing it's self as a business offering a complete Building Service in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire both in the Commercial and Domestic fields. On the retirement of Patrick Hester in 1980 David Hester and his brother Brian took over the management of the family business. Which they renamed Hester Bros. 
 
Which they successfully run until 1990, when Brain decided to pursue other interest. David then took over sole management of the company which then became David J Hester Builders and under his guidance it has continued to prosper, introducing modern technology practices in all projects the Company is involved in. Still handling work mostly within Buckinghamshire. Oxfordshire and Berkshire. The company have experienced staff covering all trades and David is confident that in future David J Hester Builders will be able to met the challenges of the new millennium.
